Our Bread
All our loaves are prepared with a mix of whole grains, rye, and strong bread flour. The complex and nutty flavours leave you craving more. Pair with a generous smear of high-quality butter or your favourite spread.
Wild Yeast
Naturally leavened using our Singapore-born starter for deep flavour and character.
48-Hour Ferment
A slow cold fermentation process that develops flavour and enhances digestibility.
No Nonsense

Storage and re-heat
Room Temperature Storage (1–4 Days)
-
For a crispy crust: Use a Linen Bread Bag or a simple paper bag. This allows the bread to breathe.
-
For a soft crumb: Store the loaf in a loosely closed plastic bag to trap moisture.
-
The cutting board method: Simply rest the loaf, cut-side down, directly on your cutting board. This naturally seals the exposed interior and prevents it from drying out.
Long-Term Storage (Freezing)
-
Slice first: Slice the entire loaf so you can pull out exactly what you need.
-
Layer with parchment: Place small squares of parchment paper between the slices before placing them in a Reusable Freezer Bag. This prevents them from freezing into a solid block.
-
Reheat from frozen: You can drop frozen slices straight into the toaster for a fresh, warm piece of bread.
